As a one-time affiliate of the Berger-Levrault group, the agency’s history goes all the way back to 1676. It became independent in 2003. With the acquisition of the Graphotec prepress platform and the Noelink creation studio in 2009, Diadeis became one of the leading advertising production companies in Europe. With the take-over of P’Référence in 2012, Diadeis expands its range of services to include graphic design and volume. In 2014, with the acquisition of Alia premedia, India’s largest packaging premedia organization, Diadeis strongly reinforced its presence in Asia. The same year, Diadeis acquired Graphic Systems Group, a leading American creative production agency. Positioned as a global player with a cross-cutting vision of the graphics chain, Diadeis is now one of the top pre-media agencies in the world. Diadeis’s activities now represent 55,000 packaging projects, 7,000 marketing operations and 700,000 pages produced per year.
Jean-Charles Morisseau, Chairman of the Diadeis Group
In the last decade, Jean-Charles reshaped Diadeis from a printer’s prepress subsidiary, to the number-one French repro-house, to a fully integrated design and global premedia group. Following the key idea that technology was not efficiently used when servicing marketing teams, he invested in R&D to design innovative software in the areas of product information management, workflow, softproofing, as well as multilingual and digital publishing. He also successfully grew the company by acquiring best-in-class businesses across the world and providing its clients with one-step-ahead solutions to their challenges.
Jean-Charles holds a Master’s degree in management from HEC business school (Paris, France). He started as a consultant in management at Bossard Consulting firm. He then became Chief Financial Officer of L’Agefi, a premium finance media company in Paris. He has led Diadeis since 2000, and is based in New York City.
Guillaume POSTEL, CEO of the Diadeis Group
Guillaume successfully held several positions at Diadeis from project manager to production director to COO. He became CEO in 2009. Under his leadership, Diadeis has experienced an outstanding growth while maintaining a high profitability allowing the company to further fund its expansion. He has gathered talents around him and has led this team to becoming one of the leaders in the packaging and marketing services Industry. Guillaume believes that quality of service and efficiency can be achieved at the same time. He has an extensive multicultural experience which allows him to manage all Diadeis international businesses.
Guillaume holds a Master in Engineering from ENSPS and a Master in Management from HEC Business School (Paris, France). He started his career as Digital project manager at L’Agefi, a premium finance media company in Paris before joining Diadeis.
