PSA Peugeot Citroën needed to find a service provider capable of creating user manuals in different languages and on different media to help drivers access information easily.

The Solution:

Diadeis dedicated a team to multilingual and multichannel execution for the documents, and created a bespoke editorial platform. The platform uses proprietary technologies incorporating a validation, workflow, translation memory and digital asset management system.

This collaborative tool is capable of managing content creation for the various versions of the manual across different media: print, online flipbook, dashboard touchscreen and smartphone.

It was used to bring together all stages of the production process, meeting PSA Peugeot Citroen's needs precisely.
